The public marketing site does not require an account. Client projects we build use authentication appropriate to each deployment (e.g. email/password, single sign-on, or social login) and follow least-privilege principles for admin access.

bydimitar.app is hosted on the Lovable platform with managed infrastructure, automatic HTTPS, and a managed Postgres backend. Lovable provides platform-level controls; ByDimitar is responsible for application configuration, content, and the controls described on this page. This is a shared responsibility, not an independent certification of either party.

The bydimitar.app marketing site does not require an account and does not run a contact form. The only personal data collected through this site is what you choose to send when you email bydimitar@gmail.com (your address, message contents, and any attachments).

Inbound email is retained in our mailbox so we can respond and keep a project history. Contact us if you would like your message removed.

This site does not set marketing or advertising cookies. The hosting platform may set strictly necessary cookies required to serve the page.

ByDimitar uses Lovable (hosting, database, and email infrastructure) to operate this site. Client projects we deliver may use additional services (for example payment, scheduling, or AI providers) chosen jointly with each client and documented in that project.

If you believe you have found a vulnerability in bydimitar.app or in a project we built, please email bydimitar@gmail.com with details and steps to reproduce. We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days.

To access, correct, or delete personal data you have shared with us, email bydimitar@gmail.com. We will respond as quickly as we reasonably can.
